A bunch of sketches I manage to squeeze in over weekends and when I'm actually functioning well enough in the morning to do stuff.

I've been itching to finish that bottom one as a connection to "I'll Miss You Forever." I hate how sketchy and stupid looking everything I do nowadays happen to be. But I can't do anything else. Sorry for not making it worth it, guys.

I've ALWAYS thought your version of Albedo was **coughs** hot. Still holds true. XD

Really, that bottom left sketch is great! Nice sense of fluidity there, like he's standing in the wind and it's blowing stuff around.

Draw more Omniverse!Ben, and I'm sure to like it, because what I'm seeing here looks...well...a LOT better than what I've seen of the actual animation for the show! >_<;

It may just be that I'm positively starved for anything that is :iconkapaychan: But I can't find anything but elegant simplicity and beauty in these sketches. I find such beauty in every stroke of your work, even in what you find trivial and effortless.
Keep posting what you view as your trash and I'll keep adding to my treasure chest, my friend...

Thank you so much! :happycry: You're making me feel teary-eyed with your words, in a good way ('cause God knows I've been doing the other king of crying more often lately). It's hard feeling like my creativity is dead and I'm starting to feel like a one trick pony. It gives me a boost whenever I read comments like yours.

I'm so sorry that you're uninspired but you're certainly far from a one trick pony. And I certainly understand about feeling depressed.
I've become too ill too write, which was the only thing that somewhat made me happy besides my husband. Your art has always uplifted me. I always hoped my writing would do the same for you, that you would see the effect you had through your work on others.
I know first school and subsequently work never allowed you to sample what you inspired me to write (and I certainly don't fault you for what life has forced you away from enjoying), but I can't help feeling like I've somehow let people like you down now that I haven't written anything in so long. It feels like I've given up on you and I never meant to. Life just sucked all the umpf right out of me.:shrug:
Well, at least you're still young enough to rebound, right? You'll find a new spark and a new passion. A new muse to inspire your beautiful work.
And I can only hope to be the collateral recipient of some of that inspiration in the future...:tighthug:

Yes, well you can make sketchy look beautiful, and if you don't have as much time to do color between work and the show going off for the summer, its' okay. As always, the pictures look cute and the reference to the transition from UA to Omniverse strike a chord once more. Great to hear from you!

You're being too kind, honestly. :XD: It's always worth being able to have an excuse to speak with you guys. Even with my craptastic posts, there's at least a point of discussion. And I can't wait to finally see Omniverse since I'm feeling strangely optimistic. I can finally judge it for what it is and it's happening soon. Great to hear from you too! Well, I guess Julie's neck looks a little too long in the center picture and the visible clavicles on the right look odd (have they been eating enough?). I didn't mention that in the first post since I didn't want to criticize you after its been so long since your last upload.

Also, they posted a six-minute sneak peak on Youtube about a month ago regarding the new series, if you haven't already heard about it, and a popular theory is that the premiere is slated for Sept. 15th. Personally, I'm burned out on the franchise and have used the break between series to look into new fandoms to take its place (I highly recommend "Motorcity" on Disney XD), but for you and the community's sake I'll watch at least a few episodes of Omniverse before I dismiss it.
