I never realized how hard it was to emulate that power-up chakra lighting with colored pencils. Not happy with the final result. The lineart has been officially massacred.

what color pencil to use to color hinata's skin and hair?

There's quite a few layers of coloured pencil in skin tone. For Hinata, I use the flesh coloured pencil color from both Prismacolor and Faber Castell, then I used two different light pink tones of Faber Castell, then the light blue was added on the shadows to give it more depth and I used white to burnish all over. Her hair is simpler, I used both the black of Prismacolor and Faber Castell, a midnight blue color to blend with the black and the highlights were done with a deep blue color (lighter than the other blue).
